EVERY SUITCASE HOLDS A STORY
2013 _ artwork commission for the City of Port Adelaide Enfield

Suitcase-inspired tales, told by members of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield community. Funny, sad, wonderful – hear stories that have been shut in suitcases for far too long.

In collaboration with storyteller Helen Lawry and designer Agnese dal Pozzo, the project involved conducting storytelling workshops with the local community, filming and editing the developed stories, and screening the finished films in a purpose-built Suitcase Cinema installation as part of the Port Festival and Adelaide Film Festival 2013.

The Suitcase Cinema continued to tour community venues and was installed in the National Railway Museum for About Time: South Australia's History Festival 2014.
